Business/Licenses Information 

All new or existing  businesses/contractors selling goods or performing services within the town limits must obtain a business/contractor license and remit B&O taxes.  A copy of the West Virginia Business/Contractors license must be on file with our office. Failure to remit taxes results in penalties.  A new license must be obtained every July, and are good for one full year.  Only Contractors may obtain and 1/2 year license.
